Commercial/Industrial building designed for JimJet in Calgary, with the total gross floor area of 5,500 sq.m.
Design included designated industrial and office areas, heavy-duty overhead crane and 12in. thick slab on grade designed for heavy-duty industrial loads.
Park•Janik Consulting Engineers provided the structural design for the project together with engineering supervision during the construction stage.
Prospect Terrace Warehouse

Prospect Terrace Warehouse is a commercial/industrial shed approximately 2,324 sq.m. in size.
Park•Janik Consulting Engineers Inc. provided structural design for foundations, steel structure and Light Gauge Steel Framing, together with engineering supervision of the project during the construction stage.
The construction was successfully completed in 2016.
